The Hospitality Management Diploma Program is designed for individuals seeking the knowledge and skills to enter the field of Hospitality. Employment opportunities for Hospitality Management exist in hotels, resorts settings, food & beverage industries, and other service establishments. This course offers insight into Hospitality Management theory and practice, service skills, guest interaction and hospitality advancements. This two-year program will introduce students to the hospitality industry and teaches them the management principles that will enable them to achieve success in a hospitality leadership role.
An Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent**; or
be at least 18 years of age or older and pass an entry test
Hospitality Manager’s plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of an accommodation establishment or of a department within such hospitality establishments. They are employed by hotels, motels, resorts, student residences and other accommodation establishments, or they may be self-employed.

This Course will provide the students 820 hours’ practical experience in the real-world of hospitality. Placement for Hospitality management trainees will be arranged at hotels, resorts, campgrounds, and food & beverage facilities, such as, restaurants, bars, as well as fast food facilities.
